Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our testing efforts.Responsibilities:
  • Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure the highest quality of our products.
  • Team Management: Manage and coordinate test teams and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software testing.
  • Risk Management: Oversee risk management and reporting to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Budget and Schedule Management: Effectively manage budgets and schedules to deliver projects on time.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in Software Testing and at least 3 years in a Test Manager role.
  • Certifications: ISTQB Advanced Level certification.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, experience with test management tools, and knowledge of project management methodologies.
