About the RoleAs a Customer Implementation Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our new customers in North America get the most out of the AI platform right from the start. You will guide customers on how to best set up and optimize their campaigns so they see real results, such as booked meetings. You will report to the Customer Implementation Team Lead, who is part of our Customer Success Department in Canada.
What You'll Do- Conduct campaign optimization calls with new customers to guide them through the initial setup and best practices for using the AI platform.
- Clearly explain how to use our platform effectively to achieve goals, with a strong focus on booking meetings through LinkedIn automation and AI-powered features.
- Aim to spend approximately 80% of your working time actively engaging with customers on these calls.
- Track and aim for high customer success metrics, such as ensuring that at least 75% of the customers you work with see meetings booked through our platform within their first month.
- Maintain a 100% attendance rate for all scheduled customer calls.
- Provide excellent support and guidance to new customers, answering questions and helping them overcome initial challenges in leveraging LinkedIn and AI in their sales strategies.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the Customer Implementation Team Lead to help continuously improve onboarding and platform effectiveness.
- Clear speaking voice
- At least 6 months of BPO experience in one company
- Experience in customer support or onboarding, especially with SaaS platforms or sales technology, is a plus but not required
- Excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong administrative skills - accurate typing and spelling are essential
- Willing to work full-time night shift
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, particularly around LinkedIn and AI-driven sales processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage call schedules and customer interactions
- Proactive and customer-focused attitude, with a genuine desire to help clients succeed using innovative technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
