Accounting Finance Leader

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Finance Leader to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the accounting and financial planning functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in accounting and finance.

  • Lead the accounting and financial planning teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

  • Proven track record in process improvement and cost savings
  • Experience in eCommerce or retail is a strong advantage
