Job Opportunity

The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the leadership team responsible for driving financial governance, strategy, and execution to support the company's rapid growth in the digital finance space.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall financial strategy.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and risk management processes.
  • Establish strong relationships with regulators, auditors, and financial institutions.

Business Partnership

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Country CEO and Group Finance leadership.
  • Support commercial decision-making by providing financial modeling, business cases, and ROI analysis.
  • Partner with business units to optimize revenue, costs, and profitability.

Treasury Management

  • Manage capital funding structures, liquidity planning, and debt management.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
  • Develop talent within the finance function and drive a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and fintech sector, preferably with exposure to digital banking or lending.
  • Deep understanding of BSP regulations and experience managing regulatory relationships.
  • Proven track record in financial strategy, business partnering, and capital management.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
