Job Title:Senior ServiceNow Developer

 

Job Description:

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software applications that exceed customer expectations.

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and concepts, as well as experience with software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and cloud computing. You will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development/administration, including certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. Additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (or any other module/suite) and Certified Application Developer are highly desirable.

You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, maintaining current skills and knowledge to ensure that our solutions remain relevant and effective.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing ServiceNow solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software applications.
  • Providing technical expertise and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Staying current with industry trends and developments, maintaining current skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and concepts.

• Experience with software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and cloud computing.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, file import, orchestration, and LDAP integration.

• Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
