Job Overview

The Senior QA Automation Lead is a critical role that oversees the quality assurance strategy across teams, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of web and software products.

This position involves mentoring QA engineers, driving automation initiatives, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to align QA efforts with company goals.

  • Leading the QA Automation team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Monitoring automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
Key Responsibilities

The Senior QA Automation Lead will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and enhancing the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
  • Mentoring QA engineers and fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
