Job Role: Financial Operations Coordinator

The role involves supporting and facilitating the management of financial accounts for various markets and events.

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage our company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

  • Accounting Functions: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing, rent roll/property accounts payable and receivable
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flow forecasts
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of company bank accounts and credit cards
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring they are compliant with industry standards and regulations
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with taxation laws
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Financial Advice: Provide financial insights to management to help with business decisions, cost control, and profitability
