About This RoleThis challenging and dynamic position is seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead brand vision development, product lifecycle management, and marketing strategy execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercialization, managing brand equity, and fostering sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develops brand vision in relation to the segment
- Supports the brand vision with growth strategies and forecast
- Creates brand architecture and identifies line extensions and new solutions with minimal supervision to strengthen brand equity and ensure sustainable business growth
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also drive the commercialization of new products, manage brand's value proposition, and operationalize brand strategic priorities from ideation to execution.
Product Life Cycle Management- Reviews brand's value proposition vis-a-vis customer's usage and satisfaction and recommends adjustment on communication to sustain business growth and market share
- Organizes Rx and OTC data for Pre-Demand and Demand Reviews; identifies key issues, opportunities, and action plans based on program evaluations
As part of this role, you will also have the opportunity to lead periodic brand reviews with stakeholders, discussing industry trends, competition, and brand implications. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, creating engagement plans to strengthen ties.
Marketing Strategy Development and Operationalization- DTC: Operationalizes brand strategic priorities from ideation to execution of programs related to the go-to-market route identified:
- Ethical: Understands territorial MD coverage and brand Rx value to drive Rx-generating, brand-building, relationship-building, and patient programs
You will also lead media, BTL activations with partner agencies, and trade with S&C, as well as review MD programs with Field Ops. Additionally, you will develop brand marketing plan and briefs, recommending touchpoints aligned to the brand strategy independently or with minimal supervision.
Overall Stewardship of Brand P&L- Determines optimal investment mix between ethical and DTC programs to meet growth and sales targets
- Prepares contingency plans and safeguards based on risk analysis related to sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability

- At least 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, and Sales or related fields
