About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in support, consulting, and project management with a focus on human capital management (HCM).

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist implementation project teams in delivering Dayforce configuration that follows best practices.
    • Provide limited customer support to clients awaiting implementation of their Dayforce product.
    • Deliver long-term solutions to fix configuration gaps identified by Dayforce customers post go-live.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in support, consulting, and/or project management specifically in the HCM space.
  • Superior communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems.
  • Expert understanding of programming, HTML, and Microsoft Server Technology.
  • Technical knowledge of XML and XSLT.
  • Solid exposure to hosting and change management protocols.
