Job Overview

The Digital Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in leading a team of experts responsible for web support, quality assurance, and design. The primary objective is to ensure that client websites and digital assets are delivered on time, meet the highest standards of quality, and align with the client's requirements.

This role requires a unique blend of operational discipline and people leadership skills. The successful candidate will analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.

The key responsibilities include working closely with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule. Additionally, reviewing and refining the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to guarantee error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
