New Business Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Inbound Sales Specialist. In this role, you will drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction by leveraging your expertise in payment solutions and building strong relationships with new customers.

Your Key Objectives
- Build strong relationships with new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor your sales approach to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and drive revenue growth.
- Manage a portfolio of around 60 new customers, conducting regular outreach to ensure timely payments and loyalty.
Requirements and Benefits
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in inbound sales or a similar role.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly regarded but not essential.
- Prior experience working with international clients, particularly those in Australia, is beneficial.
- Background in rewards, travel, or credit cards is highly valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A warm and friendly personality with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong initiative.
