About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Business Trends Philippines. As a key player in our talent acquisition process, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our business.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Developing Effective Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement tailored recruitment approaches to identify qualified candidates who align with our business needs.
  2. Screening and Evaluating Job Applications: Assess job applications to build a strong pipeline of potential hires, ensuring that only the most suitable candidates progress to the next stage.
  3. Coordinating Interviews: Schedule, conduct, and provide feedback on interviews to ensure seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring requirements, providing valuable insights to inform the recruitment process.
  5. Maintaining Accurate Records: Ensure all recruitment-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored throughout the process.
  6. Providing Regular Updates: Keep stakeholders informed about the status of open positions and the recruitment pipeline, maintaining transparency and efficiency.
  7. Contribution to Process Development: Collaborate with the team to enhance our recruitment processes and practices, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry.
  2. A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to apply them effectively.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  6. A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
