Job Overview

This role oversees and manages day-to-day operations, involving tasks related to purchasing, production, and logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring orders, ensuring they align with delivery schedules, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in order management, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor orders and document confirmations and emails from vendors.
  • Ensure purchase orders are accurate and issued to suppliers with correct client files.
  • Assist in contacting suppliers and vendors for order status, proof, and tracking information.
  • Communicate with clients using email templates for order updates and logistics.
  • Provide timely support, research, and feedback on order progress, changes, and customer or vendor inquiries.
  • Coordinate shipping and freight arrangements, providing customers with shipment tracking numbers and monitoring shipping reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and vendor databases.
  • Add products to digital catalogs, ensuring accurate pricing, product details, and high-quality images.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
