  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate customers about content guidelines and responsible messaging practices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify potential security risks.
  • Ability to work holistically and assess message/account reviews considering both immediate risks and long-term impacts.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Experience working in a software/SaaS environment providing live chat customer support or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to learn new software platforms quickly and drive improvements through creative problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and organized individual with excellent time management skills.
