Job Title: After Hours Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide top-tier support during evenings, nights, and weekends (EST Hours).

Role Overview
  • The After Hours Support Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for patients and nurses during non-business hours.
  • This role is critical for managing urgent requests, schedule adjustments, and escalations that occur outside regular business hours.

The coordinator will monitor communication channels, ensure appropriate staffing coverage, and resolve time-sensitive issues while maintaining strong communication with the daytime team for continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide seamless after-hours support, including urgent matters, schedule changes, and escalations.
  • Monitor communication channels and respond promptly to calls, messages, and emails.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure consistent coverage and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the daytime operations team to ensure smooth transitions and continuity.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of after-hour activities, updates, and escalations.
  • Upport overall operational efficiency and uphold client service standards.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the healthcare industry and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additionally, the candidate should be able to multitask and manage urgent requests in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and be a fast learner.
