Job Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to secure revenue generated by our sales organization, build strong customer relationships, and foster positive interaction with customers.

  • Contact business-to-business (B2B) customers via phone, email, or fax to discuss outstanding invoices and billing issues.
  • Manage a collections portfolio ranging from 300 to 600 accounts, negotiating payment terms as needed to ensure maximum payment recovery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A completed college diploma in Accounting or Finance or related experience.
  • Two to three years of experience in corporate (B2B) collections, focusing on medium to enterprise-level customers.
  • Experience with the Accounts Receivable escalation process and taking initiative to resolve account issues.
