We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team at Offshore Business Processing. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in training and supporting associates on required skills per client request.

Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement effective training programs and services that meet the needs of clients and associates.
  • To provide ongoing support and guidance to associates, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and expertise to excel in their roles.
  • To collaborate with the Training Supervisor and other stakeholders to develop and implement training plans and materials.
  • To conduct training sessions and workshops, using effective teaching methods and techniques to drive learning and engagement.
Requirements:
  • A college graduate or completed at least 2-years in college, demonstrating strong academic credentials and a solid foundation in relevant fields.
  • At least 1-2 yrs of Training experience in a BPO setting, showcasing expertise and a proven track record of success.
  • Background and/or experience in freight forwarding or customs brokerage is an advantage, highlighting transferable skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
