Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Real Time Performance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing real-time metrics, managing staffing levels, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze real-time statistics and metrics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage staffing levels at each site to meet planned coverage goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global resource planners to ensure optimal staffing coverage daily and weekly.
  • Serve as the main contact point between our organization and client partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, operations management, or analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
