Payment Operations Specialist

Manage vendor payments, maintain accurate financial records, and optimize accounts payable processes using software like QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and record accounts payable transactions in QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager.
- Verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement of payments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audits and reporting purposes.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries.
- Prepare reports on accounts payable activity, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Proficiency in using Rent Manager.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
