About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Research Manager to lead product discovery and validation for Amazon-based consumer brands. You will be responsible for identifying profitable, evergreen product opportunities and ensuring that launches are backed by data-driven insights.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of results, and applies rigorous analytical methods to uncover winning products. You'll collaborate directly with an account manager, delivering insights that drive strategic product launches and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and validate new evergreen product opportunities per month using Amazon and market research tools.
  • Conduct deep keyword analysis and trend forecasting to ensure products align with high-volume search terms.
  • Benchmark competitors on Amazon, highlighting gaps and white-space opportunities in parental and lifestyle niches.
  • Prepare clear, data-driven reports and dashboards that communicate findings with precision and confidence.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Amazon market research, with measurable results in identifying profitable products.
  • Proficiency with Jungle Scout or equivalent tools like Helium 10, AMZScout, for product and keyword validation.
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon product lifecycle from concept validation to performance tracking.
  • Advanced ability to analyze consumer trends and high-traffic keyword data to forecast product success.
  • C1 English fluency in both written and spoken communication, with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Experience working independently in a remote, results-driven environment.
