Job Details

The Portfolio and Program Lead is responsible for leading portfolio and program operations and managing multiple client engagements and projects. The Portfolio and Program Lead provides consistent management guidance and support from marketing pursuit through delivery and project closure process to ensure acceptable profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client engagements and projects, working closely with varied stakeholders within the organization.
  • Allocate resources to projects under their management (typically > 100 resources).
  • Act as liaison and coordinate with client counterpart on any project/account matters.

**Portfolio and Program Management:**

  • Ensure harmonious relationship between client and RCG Global Services.
  • Promote services and capabilities of RCG Global Services to clients (internal and external).
  • Ensure knowledge of all contractual documents and that project team is aware of client's expectations and able to deliver accordingly.

**Project Management Oversight:**

  • Provide senior management oversight of all delivery work undertaken by RCG Global Services.
  • Review Project Status Reports and escalate issues to RCG Global Services Management.
