About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our PMO team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality PMO services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the PMO Manager in establishing and operating the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio.
  2. Developing and implementing robust processes to support overall governance and controls.
  3. Liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the client's organisation.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of supporting successful PMOs and contributing to senior executive-level discussions on project planning, progress reporting, and process governance.
  • A self-starter with a proven ability to add value within project, program, and/or portfolio PMOs.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an analyst working in a PMO for multiple large IT programs.
  • A detailed understanding of program management methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
