Job Description:

The Program and Community Coordinator will be responsible for managing client portfolios and ensuring the delivery of services in alignment with service-level agreements. This role involves overseeing client engagement, portfolio management, coordinating with internal teams, and providing timely progress reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate all client engagements in collaboration with the Project Team Lead.
  2. Manage client portfolios to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  3. Address client requests, initiatives, and platform concerns promptly.
  4. Facilitate communication between clients for vessel call scheduling.
  5. Lead weekly and/or monthly meetings, including preparing PowerPoint presentations and documenting meeting minutes.
  6. Coordinate client schedules and arrange meetings as required.
  7. Assist in managing office programs and maintaining a monthly or quarterly initiatives calendar.
  8. Collaborate with the Rewards Management team to facilitate the utilization of rewards in the Shop.
  9. Generate monthly and/or quarterly reports based on agreed-upon client requirements.
  10. Extract necessary data from platforms for reports and surveys.
  11. Oversee communications and poster creation for initiatives.
  12. Develop timelines and engagement plans in conjunction with the Team Lead.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Fresh Graduate, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in project management, client management, or a similar role.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Experience in data analysis and report generation.
  8. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
