Senior Marketing Coordinator Role

This position requires a professional with expertise in comprehensive marketing operations and event coordination. The ideal candidate will execute campaign setup, content scheduling, and performance tracking across a proptech SaaS portfolio, ensuring seamless workflow management and timely deliverables. Strong project management skills are essential for translating marketing strategies into measurable results and recommending process improvements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sponsorship evaluation processes, managing travel logistics and vendor relationships, executing event logistics operations, and tracking performance for event interactions. Additionally, they will coordinate on-site activities during events, document leads, and monitor deal progression.

Key qualifications include professional marketing coordination experience, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, and demonstrated experience using project management software such as Asana or Trello. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for representing the company's brands in vendor correspondence.

The role requires strong organizational and time management capabilities, with a proven ability to handle complex operational requirements across time zones.
