Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Coordinator to oversee recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market. The successful candidate will assist Project Managers to ensure studies meet client specifications, focusing on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end project tasks, including link setup, testing, study invitations, exclusion lists, and incentive reconciliation.
  • Manage sampling for allocated projects from internal invites to custom recruitment.
  • Collaborate with Project Assistants to utilize project recruitment methodology for maximum results.
  • Develop a sampling plan for allocated projects.
  • Liaise with teams to maximize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.
  • Review projects regularly and inform Project Managers when internal sampling strategies are exhausted.
  • Provide recruitment updates to the project management team upon request.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
  • 0-1 year of market research experience.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed key metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.
