Financial Planning & Analysis Professional

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic business decisions through expert financial analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support informed business planning.
  • Develop and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and sales margin analysis, as well as create sophisticated 'what if' financial models.
  • Manage small-scale projects, ad hoc analysis, and reporting, while providing vital support for pricing and sales initiatives.
  • Provide clear and concise interpretation of complex financial data, identifying discrepancies and resolving them efficiently.
  • Collaborate in the development and delivery of comprehensive reporting packages, preparing high-quality financial deliverables, correspondence, and filings.
  • Ensure all assignments meet the highest quality standards, working closely with senior finance teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills, effectively solving complex problems using a systematic approach.
Professional Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, supplemented by at least two years of relevant experience.
Soft Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously, meeting critical deadlines while maintaining exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent research and problem-solving abilities, adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
