We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes with strategic oversight.

This role involves reconciling high-value financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing collections, credit approvals, and vendor payment processes. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, auditing, or financial reconciliation
  • Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or SAP)
