Job Description

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Your key duties will include verifying contract terms, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records of contractor pricing and project-related documentation.

You will work closely with the Construction Manager, Estimating team, and project stakeholders to resolve queries or discrepancies. Additionally, you will assist in preparing variations, progress claims, and compliance reports as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration or project support within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam for drawing review, takeoffs, and documentation. ApprovalMax experience valued.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, scopes, and construction documentation.
  • Ability to review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • High attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with construction management software.
