Job Title: Drafting Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Drafting Support Specialist to join our Legal team.

This role involves providing essential service and support by preparing necessary documents and generating contract drafts.

The primary objective is to maintain records, create relevant documentation, and manage client expectations by adhering to standard procedures.

  • Data entry and drafting contracts according to established procedure
  • Identifying and ordering required searches based on property type and location
  • Building rapport and trust with clients throughout communication stages
  • Collecting personal and confidential information from Australian clients and encoding it securely
  • Updating relevant parties within the internal team on contract draft progress
  • Creating and updating records with new files and information
  • Meeting daily performance goals and completing tasks to minimum requirements
  • Providing accurate service fees and charges to clients and creating invoices for disbursements
  • Ensuring compliance with established procedures
  • Performing other tasks assigned by management

Key responsibilities include:
