Overview
Are you looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry? As a Credentialing Coordinator, you will play a vital part in empowering autism care providers to start, run, and grow their own practices.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience. You will be responsible for managing applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Liaison: Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the provider privileging process and facilitate the credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
  • Reporting and Process Contribution: Support the generation of credentialing reports and contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience.
  • Collaborative & Independent Contribution: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage tasks independently.
  • Administrative Acumen: A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing documentation and data.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving administrative workflows and data management practices.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational & Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software.

Benefits

Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱45,000 per month.
