Influencer Partnership Manager

As an Influencer Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic partnerships. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and collaborating with trend-savvy influencers who align with our brand values.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify, engage, and manage influencer relationships across social media platforms to optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that meet business objectives and drive results.
  • Negotiate deliverables and rates with creators to ensure campaigns are executed within scope and budget constraints.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including audience engagement and content quality, to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and grow a database of high-performing influencers and audience insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on influencer campaign ROI and performance metrics to drive informed business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong English communication and copywriting skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to foster successful partnerships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, engagement metrics, and content trends to create effective influencer marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with or genuine interest in the industry we operate in.
