  6. Supervise the development, deployment, and maintenance of applications and IT projects to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
  7. Prepare detailed project reports, track progress, and provide stakeholders with updates. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is required.

Experience:

  1. At least 3-5 years of proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion.
  2. Hands-on experience in application development and IT project management is required.
  3. Background in industries such as finance, insurance, or Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) is preferred.
  4. Demonstrated experience in team leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
  5. Experience working in fast-paced, high-traffic project environments.

Skills:

  1. A solid understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is essential.
  2. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, and other project tracking software is required.
  3. A strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and security standards is necessary.
  4. Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly preferred.
  5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to effectively manage and resolve issues as they arise.
