About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our strategic planning group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of beauty marketing through AI innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to combine their knowledge of the beauty industry with AI capabilities to develop effective strategies for beauty and wellness brands.

As a Mid-Level Strategist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop AI-enhanced strategic solutions, apply Gen AI tools in insight discovery and strategy development, create compelling brand narratives using AI-powered insights, and support the development of strategic frameworks and methodologies.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing beauty industry trends, generating consumer insights using AI tools, developing beauty-specific applications of AI technology, and supporting strategic planning for beauty brands.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of strategy experience in the beauty or related sectors, a strong understanding of the beauty industry dynamics, experience with AI tools and applications, and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

Apart from technical skills, we are looking for a strategic thinker with practical mindset, interest in technology and innovation, passion for the beauty industry, strong collaborative abilities, and clear communication skills.
