Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute impactful growth strategies to propel our brand's success.
  • Oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis to ensure informed decision-making and optimal performance.
  • Commercial and operational management, including sales and marketing effectiveness, inventory optimization, pricing strategy, and distribution network development.
  • Effective stakeholder management, negotiation of contracts, and external relationship building.
  • Leadership of a multi-brand team and performance management, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of senior leadership experience in brand/business management with at least 5 years in a leadership role within beauty, luxury, or retail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred), demonstrating strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
