Job Summary

As an Adaptive Planning Consultant, you will work in a team or independently helping clients transform their business planning needs with the Adaptive Planning Business Planning Cloud.

You will be part of a delivery team supporting implementations for customers of all sizes, across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expertise on the Adaptive Planning solution and maintaining proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite
  • Contributing to implementation for clients, including understanding current planning processes, investigating and recommending solutions, guiding clients through design sessions, developing and configuring forecasting and planning models, assisting in training sessions, documenting models and reporting, and ensuring rapid time to value
  • Supporting clients to ensure success, communicating regularly with clients, providing general customer service and assistance, and serving as the go-to resource on project-related inquiries
  • Collaborating internally, sharing learnings and problems solved with colleagues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Financial and/or management accounting experience, particularly budgeting, planning, and management reporting
  • Exposure to designing and building complex financial planning models, with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience implementing at least one Enterprise Performance Management system
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility, and empathy
  • Proven ability to work effectively within teams and alongside customers, fostering an inclusive culture
  • Ability to execute tasks with limited supervision, manage time effectively, and record it accurately
  • Able to travel to customer sites in the same region, with minimal out-of-region travel
Desirable Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or Business
  • Previous consulting experience
