Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

Our seasoned expert guides clients through transformative planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, driving actionable insights for business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop authoritative research and advice on FP&A technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with global teams to create client-centric solutions addressing unique financial planning challenges.
  • Deliver high-quality advice through presentations and discussions, driving strategic decisions for CFOs.
  • Stay ahead of developments in financial planning technologies, processes, and related areas such as accounting and treasury management.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience leading FP&A teams in multinational organizations, transforming planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of various FP&A automation vendors, data analysis/modelling, and integrated business planning.
  • Experience in improving forecast accuracy, implementing rolling forecasts, and utilizing zero-based budgeting for resource allocation efficiency.
  • Established track record serving as a strategic partner/trusted advisor to CFOs, collaborating closely on strategic initiatives and financial decision making.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CFA/CPA or equivalent certification preferred; Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to conduct occasional travel, regionally and globally.
