Job Title

We are seeking a Cloud Transformation Expert to lead the journey of enterprises moving to the cloud and design/implement scalable cloud solutions for AI-powered platforms.

You will work with engineers driving innovation at scale and provide customized cloud-based products and solutions tailored to each industry's specific needs.

  • Drive fast and smooth customer activation by minimizing time to first value and accelerating consumption growth.
  • Provide standard methodology guidance on the landing zone in alignment with workload architects' activities.
  • Equip customers with relevant knowledge for early usage and continuously monitor and review adoption plans to guarantee progress according to customer expectations.
  • Monitor and predict consumption fluctuations, define and execute corrective actions, and assess churn risk (customer or service) and formulate mitigation plans.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead customer transformation journeys to the cloud.
  2. Design and implement scalable cloud solutions for AI-powered platforms.
  3. Work with engineers to drive innovation at scale.
  4. Provide customized cloud-based products and solutions tailored to each industry's specific needs.
  5. Drive fast and smooth customer activation.
  6. Continuously monitor and review adoption plans.
  7. Assess churn risk and formulate mitigation plans.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in tech cloud engineering roles with a track record of successful customer engagements.
  • Passionate about technology with breadth and depth of knowledge.
  • At least 05 years experience with Public Clouds or VMware, OpenStack.
  • Solid understanding of the competitive landscape; hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Azure/VMware, or OpenStack.
  • IT Market Literacy: advise on technology standard methodologies by understanding the Cloud market trends and their impact on various industries.
  • High energy and social skills.
  • Focus on customer centricity: always looking to anticipate customer needs and offer the most relevant advice, education, or standard methodology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking across all levels of management and IT roles.
  • Project Management: knowledgeable of the most common PM methodologies and tools.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ambitious mindset with result-oriented attitude.
