Job Overview

This role involves traveling to customer sites nationwide for extensive field service operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of cranes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology.

Able to work overtime as required, the selected individual must also be able to read and interpret technical diagrams and possess basic English oral and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform crane inspections, diagnosis, and health checks nationwide.
  • Conduct operator trainings and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers.
  • Prepare field service reports and provide recommended parts and maintenance to customers.
  • Attend service trainings to improve technical competencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course.
  • Basic English oral and written communication skills, computer literacy, and ability to drive.
  • Able to work on provincial assignments and travel extensively nationwide.
