Ey is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its assurance team. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work while continually looking for ways to improve.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, including the ability to interpret reviews and accounting standards. You must also possess excellent project management skills and be able to lead a team effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a clear sense of personal and professional accountability and know how to build relationships by doing the right thing. They should also demonstrate drive, vision and determination and be passionate about helping clients achieve their goals.

Job Description

You will be working as part of a global team, providing assurance services to clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading engagements from the start to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting standards and EY quality and risk management
  • Proactively discussing workflow management with teams, allocating resources and monitoring performance against standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in accountancy or a related field
  • A certified public accountant (CPA) certification
  • Minimum two years of experience in accounting and audit functions, including external audit
  • At least one year of leadership experience
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and audit standards
