Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Remote Call Center Representative to support our inbound and outbound customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a home-based environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong language proficiency in English
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
