Senior Real Estate Operations Manager

Responsibilities of this role include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing leasing activities, and maintaining tenant records. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, proficiency in Yardi software, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full scope of property operations including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
- Oversee all leasing activities such as marketing units, screening tenants, and preparing lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate tenant records, process payments, and generate reports using Yardi software.
- Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease compliance.
- Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and vendor services.
- Maintain open communication with tenants to resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and track property performance metrics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager or equivalent software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detailed knowledge of lease agreements, fair housing laws, and property regulations.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties or tasks.
