Key Business Development Role

A high-performing Business Growth Professional is needed to drive business expansion by prioritizing high-net-worth clients for innovative financial solutions and cross-selling, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating business growth to achieve sales targets.
  • Sourcing, calling, and presenting bank products/services/investment opportunities on the individual:
  • Building an information database on existing high-net-worth clients to support relationship-building and cross-selling efforts.
  • Implementing cross-selling and other relationship-building activities, and prioritize activities based on the level of existing/potential business and revenue contribution of clients in assigned portfolio.
  • Conducting highly professional consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with high-net-worth clients to identify suitable financial and investment products and services for them to achieve their personal financial and investment objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales achievement, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of financial markets and products. They should be able to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Additionally, they should be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
