Enhance Professional Communication Skills

We are seeking an experienced Language Trainer Coach to support and mentor language trainers in their professional development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, instructional design, or communication, with extensive experience as a language trainer, instructor, or educator. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.

  • Mentor language trainers: Provide individualized coaching and support to foster growth and development as educators.
  • Facilitate online training sessions: Encourage active participation from trainers and assessors, provide timely feedback and guidance, and administer quizzes to gauge understanding and knowledge retention.
  • Develop training materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop effective, interactive, and visually appealing online content.
  • Identify professional development needs: Coordinate relevant training sessions, workshops, or webinars to stay informed about current trends and best practices in language teaching.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent understanding of language proficiency frameworks and their application in training.
  • Proficiency in using web conferencing tools and learning management systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
