Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Associate. This role involves supporting the design and modeling of architectural and engineering projects, focusing on creating permit drawings, working with Revit models, and assisting in schematic and tender design tasks.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Revit, proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices. Additionally, they should be familiar with construction documentation and design coordination.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about BIM and eager to grow their skills in a remote setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices
