Software Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Job:
Are you passionate about ensuring high-quality software products?
We are seeking a skilled Testing Coordinator to manage software testing processes from start to finish.
You will be responsible for creating and updating test cases, coordinating test runs, leading teams of freelance testers, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional quality standards.
This role requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will contribute directly to the success of high-profile product launches and ensure consistent delivery excellence across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update test cases based on testing strategies and project needs.
- Coordinate and manage test runs from initiation to completion.
- Monitor testers and test leads, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to testing best practices.
- Conduct issue reviews, verify fixed bugs, and maintain updated issue backlogs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to report risks, escalate concerns, and ensure smooth operations.
- Track and improve project quality KPIs in coordination with Testing Managers.
- Support tester onboarding and act as a backup for other Testing Coordinators when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on software testing experience (mobile platforms a plus).
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with QA platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently in a distributed, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities and shifting between strategic and operational tasks.
