Job Overview

We are seeking a Qualitative Interview Host to collaborate with our Market Research Project Management team. The successful candidate will ensure assigned projects successfully complete on time, meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to internal and external users regarding technical platform issues.
  • User Assessment: Evaluate the technical support level of users to offer suitable support in a timely manner.
  • Interview Preparation: Prepare respondents to join scheduled interviews on time.
  • Interview Facilitation: Initiate scheduled interviews and provide troubleshooting support as needed.
  • Training Support: Assist moderators and interpreters prior to project commencement.
  • Issue Triage: Communicate technical issues to the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team.
  • Documentation: Record technical issues and resolutions to support customers and improve internal processes.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features and enhancements, offering internal technical guidance when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Multilingual proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese.
  • Prior experience supporting customers with Qualitative online platforms is beneficial.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems, internet browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox), and mobile devices (Apple and Android).
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous.
