Strategic Account Management Expert

The role involves working closely with online sellers to ensure their accounts are well-managed and up-to-date with market trends. Research is performed using various platforms to provide valuable insights that enable sellers to maximize their growth potential and earnings.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of seller accounts and conduct market research to provide actionable intelligence on trends and tips for improvement.
  • Partner with online sellers to optimize account performance and increase overall revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with clients and business leaders to drive business growth through innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with sellers and serve as a knowledge source to enhance their experience and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, account management, B2B, business development, and seller support.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, creative mindset, and ability to perform research as needed; familiarity with the latest market trends and social media platforms including messaging tools like WhatsApp and Yahoo Messenger.
  • Strong business communication skills with the ability to engage in consultative conversations, articulate thoughts clearly, and build positive relationships with sellers via various communication channels.
