Responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of all accounting data. The position involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, developing financial strategies, and providing insights to support management decision-making.

It also covers managing general accounting functions such as accounts receivable and payable, and coordinating with internal auditors for proper closing activities.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with at least two years of senior finance experience, skilled in financial analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance, with proficiency in SAP Business One and Microsoft Office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance to generally accepted accounting practices and principles, to provide valuable insights to the management team to support strategic decision making.
  • Producing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Providing updates to management regarding company finances and providing supplemental reports, as necessary
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies and policies to optimize the company's financial performance
  • Overseeing and managing general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts receivable, accounts
  • Working with the company's internal auditor to ensure correct and timely monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior finance role

Skills Required:

  • Proven track record of effectively leading and managing a finance team
  • Excellent financial analysis and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to align financial objectives with the company's overall business strategy
  • Knowledgeable in SAP Business One ERP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City
