Reliable Systems Engineer

  • We're seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to design and build robust infrastructure for our healthcare applications.
  • This role involves automating deployment processes to enhance system performance, minimize downtime, and ensure high availability.
  • You'll work closely with our development teams to implement best practices for reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Your focus will be on optimizing system performance through continuous improvement and proactive maintenance.
  • Implementing effective monitoring and alert systems for critical applications is also a key responsibility.
  • Compliance with industry regulations and standards will be ensured in all operational processes.
  • You'll document processes and solutions to foster knowledge sharing within the team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of software development experience.
  • You should have a strong understanding of building and deploying scalable applications.
    • Tech Proficiency:
      • Expertise in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript.
      • Familiarity with frameworks like .NET, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
      • Solid knowledge of API development and microservices architecture.
      • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
      • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js and an understanding of responsive design principles.
      • Strong experience with Azure Application Insights for monitoring and performance diagnostics.
      • Proficiency in MongoDB, with a focus on query analysis and optimization.
      • Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
      • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
      • Experience with monitoring and observability tools beyond Azure Application Insights (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
