Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global paid social media advertising campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with regional teams on paid advertising strategies, leveraging platform expertise in conjunction with market insights.
  • Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and ensure content aligns with overall social media strategy.
  • Analyze campaign efficiency based on key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, applying them to content creation and project development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-12 months of experience in social media marketing across multiple platforms (e.g. Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and social media best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility during the creative process and willingness to adjust priorities for business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or certificate from creative design program.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is an asset.
